Cancellation Policy Subject to the Consumer Protection Regulations “Cancellation of Transaction”.
A request to cancel the service / participation will be delivered in writing only, by e-mail to the event team email@example.com
If the cancellation is done within 14 days of the registration, and not less than 7 days that are not rest days from the date of the event, the participant will be credited with the transaction amount, with the exception of 5% of the registration / service value or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
If the cancellation is done after 14 days from the registration process and by 15/12/17, the participant will be entitled to 90% of the registration fee.
Between 20/12/17 and 31/12/17 the customer will be credited with 50% of the registration fee.
Between 1/1/2018 and 22/1/2018 the customer will be credited with 10% of the registration fees.
No refund will be given after 22/1/2018.
* If the quota of the applicants is full, the refund will only be made if another team is found to replace.
